Oliver Dunmore started Arctic Pixel Hub in early 2019 after leaving a product studio where he had spent six years building interfaces for logistics software. The studio was good at what it did, but projects moved through a pipeline of account managers, designers, and developers who rarely spoke to each other. By the time a brief reached the person writing the code, it had been interpreted three times. Oliver wanted to try doing it differently, so he registered the company, took on two small clients, and worked from a spare room for the first year.
The most common question after 'how much does it cost?' is 'how long will it take?'. The honest answer is that it depends, but that's not very useful. This is a more specific breakdown of what affects timeline and where delays typically come from.

Oliver Dunmore spent six years as a front-end developer at a mid-size product studio before going independent in 2019. He had worked on a logistics dashboard that served a few hundred warehouse operators daily, and that experience of building for real, repetitive use shaped how he thinks about interface decisions. He founded Arctic Pixel Hub to take on fewer projects and spend more time on each one.
